Meatballs are popular in different cuisines and have multiple recipes. Here is an original and delicious recipe: Meatballs Tartufata Style.

INGREDIENTS
- 250g minced beef
- 250g minced pork
- 1 jar Tartufata Sauce 125g
- 3 slices of sliced bread without crust
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 onion, 1 clove garlic and parsley, all minced
- 250g crushed tomato
- Olive oil, flour, salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Soak the sliced bread in the milk and mash it.
Mix the two meats with the breadcrumbs, the Tartufata sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Form meatballs, coat in flour and fry in olive oil. When ready, set aside on absorbent paper.
In the same paella pan, remove the excess oil and fry the onion. When browned, add the tomato, garlic and parsley and fry for about 15mins.
Add the meatballs, cover with water and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes. 30mins.
Serve with pasta, chips, white rice or as a side dish.
