4.How to keep them for 10 days?

It is advisable to store them in the refrigerator wrapped in absorbent kitchen paper in a cerrard container. The container should be opened once a day so that the black truffle can oxygenate and the paper should be changed, as humidity is not good for the truffle. They can also be frozen, the great advantage being that you can grate just the amount you need without discarding the rest and put it back in the freezer. Remember that the black truffle has a very strong smell and taste, so it is advisable not to mix it with other foods in the fridge or pantry, always keep it isolated.
