Description
Death’s Trumpet (Craterellus cornucopiodes) dehydrated 100% natural and then pulverised. The result is a homogeneous and very fine flour, ideal for the flavour potential of your preparations.
It is very useful and practical for seasoning our stews, creams and sauces.
This funereal-looking mushroom is a cerrar relative of the chanterelle, an excellent edible when fresh or dried. It is a dark, almost black fungus. The mushroom is not attractive, but it tastes very good. Its aroma has personality, with a strong background of wild material, but with an initial entrance or light sweet and at the same time spicy perfume. The flesh, dry and thin, is tough and elastic.
