Hand-selected and hand-processed product. Our combination offers a variety of 7 mushrooms: milk cap (lactarius deliciosus), chanterelle (cantharellus cibarius), trumpet of death (craterellus cornucopiodes), oyster mushroom (pleurotus ostreatus), llenega rossa (pholiota nameko), stropharia, and shiitake (lentinus edodes).
Prepared in vinegar, aromatic herbs, salt and citrus, ready to serve.
Recommendations: Ideal with cold salads or with toast as an aperitif.
