Description
Our Escalivada Combination 2kg, is elaborated according to the traditional Catalan recipe in an artisanal way. The vegetables, red pepper, aubergine and onion, are grilled and packed in extra virgin olive oil.
Its taste is exquisite. It is recommended as a garnish or accompaniment to meat and fish, as a salad, on toast, among its many uses.
