RETURN POLICY
The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase or to request an exchange due to the receipt of a defective product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user has a right of withdrawal by which they can contact URDET S.L. via email at the following address: urdet@urdet.com and withdraw from the purchase within a period not exceeding five (5) business days, counted from the receipt of the Product. The Product must be sent together with the duly completed return form and a copy of the delivery note or invoice, duly completed, with the direct cost of returning the Product being borne by the customer. Said return will be made in accordance with the instructions that URDET S.L. indicate to the User in response to his notification of the exercise of withdrawal. The User must return the Product within a maximum period of two (2) days from when URDET S.L. tell you how to return.
Refund of the amount paid: the withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid. For this, the client must indicate on the return sheet the number and the holder of the credit card to which URDET S.L. must make the payment. Once the product is in our warehouse and after the pertinent checks, the return of either the product or the capital paid will be made. The term for said payment will be established in the Law.
Exceptions. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and when the Product is not in perfect condition.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product delivered has a defect, the client must notify URDET, S.L. within a maximum period of 48 hours, so that the product is immediately replaced by another equal one. The costs of collecting and re-shipping the product will be borne by URDET S.L.
