SHIPPING POLICY

Carriers
The delivery service of URDET S.L. is carried out in collaboration with different logistics operators of recognized prestige, mainly Integrated, Mail Boxes, UPS and TNT. Orders will not be served in PO Boxes or in hotels or other non-permanent addresses.

Cost of transport in Spain
The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products. At the time of purchasing the Product, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost. Take into account that if the amount of the order exceeds 150 euros before VAT, the transport will be FREE. For shipments in the rest of the EU, you should consult the price of transport.

Delivery time
For deliveries of orders in Spain and during working days; Orders received from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 pm will be delivered in approximately 48 hours.
Orders received from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday, therefore delivery will be effective between Tuesday and Wednesday.

For order deliveries in the rest of the EU, you should check the delivery time.

For all destinations, during the summer or Christmas holidays, the delivery days may be increased due to delays in transport services.

PROCEDURE AND FORM OF PAYMENT
Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, URDET S.L. will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. Said email will assign a purchase reference code, and will detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs and the data of the different options to make the payment of the Products to URDET S.L.
URDET, S.L. will file the electronic documents in which the purchase is formalized, sending a copy to the User. The documentation will be made in the Spanish language.

Payment method
In the store there are two different payment methods: Virtual POS and PayPal

Virtual POS
The advantage of the Virtual POS is that it is a secure website that processes the credit card payment transaction. When the virtual store customer is going to pay for the purchased product, they connect to the Banco Sabadell Virtual POS which performs the operation online, requesting authorization from the card issuing bank. Once the transaction is completed, the Virtual POS informs both the buyer and the merchant of the result and returns control to the virtual store. When paying through the Virtual POS, the buyer’s credit card details are only known by the bank. In addition, the communication between the buyer’s computer and the Virtual POS is protected, encrypting the data with the SSL security protocol or with the SET protocol, depending on the payment option chosen, thus guaranteeing the confidentiality and integrity of the data.

RETURN POLICY
The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase or to request an exchange due to the receipt of a defective product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user has a right of withdrawal by which they can contact URDET S.L. via email at the following address: urdet@urdet.com and withdraw from the purchase within a period not exceeding five (5) business days, counted from the receipt of the Product. The Product must be sent together with the duly completed return form and a copy of the delivery note or invoice, duly completed, with the direct cost of returning the Product being borne by the customer. Said return will be made in accordance with the instructions that URDET S.L. indicate to the User in response to his notification of the exercise of withdrawal. The User must return the Product within a maximum period of two (2) days from when URDET S.L. tell you how to return.

Refund of the amount paid: the withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid. For this, the client must indicate on the return sheet the number and the holder of the credit card to which URDET S.L. must make the payment. Once the product is in our warehouse and after the pertinent checks, the return of either the product or the capital paid will be made. The term for said payment will be established in the Law.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and when the Product is not in perfect condition.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product delivered has a defect, the client must notify URDET, S.L. within a maximum period of 48 hours, so that the product is immediately replaced by another equal one. The costs of collecting and re-shipping the product will be borne by URDET S.L.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The User acknowledges that all the elements of the Store and of each one of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its contents, and the computer programs used in relation to with them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of URDET S.L. itself, or of third parties, and that the General Conditions do not attribute any other rights other than those specifically contemplated in them with respect to said industrial and intellectual property rights. .

Unless authorized by URDET, S.L, or, where appropriate, by the third-party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless this is legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow access to the public through any form of public communication of any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The User must use the materials, elements and information that they access through the use of the Store only for their own needs, agreeing not to directly or indirectly carry out a commercial exploitation of the materials, elements and information obtained through the same.

DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD), Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 (LOPD) and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of development of the LOPD, we inform you that your personal data entered and other information provided through the registration form, as well as that from the transactions carried out, will be included and kept in a file for its treatment, property of URDET S.L. , as long as its cancellation is not requested. The treatment will be used for the development and execution of the sale, the personalized attention of the products and services that you acquire and the improvement of said attention, as well as the promotion of our own products and services and of third-party companies linked to URDET S.L. The data will not be communicated to THIRD PARTIES, except by legal obligation, nor will any international transfer be made without your prior consent.

Likewise, the user may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, portability and deletion of data and in those of limitations and opposition to its treatment by contacting URDET S.L. with address at C. Anselm Clavé 21, 25282 San Lorenzo de Morunys (Lleida) or by sending an email to urdet@urdet.com, along with 1 photocopy of your ID indicating the type of right you want exercise. If you consider that the treatment does not comply with current regulations, you can file a claim with the control authority at agpd.es.

Answers marked with * on the registration form are mandatory. Your non-answer will prevent the purchase of the selected products from being made.

PASSWORDS
URDET, S.L, will facilitate the use of personal passwords for the user who registers as such on the website. These passwords will be used to access the services provided through the Website. The user must keep the passwords under their sole responsibility in the strictest and absolute confidentiality, assuming, therefore, how many damages or consequences of all kinds derived from the breach or disclosure of the secret. For security reasons, the password for telematic access to the services linked to the Website may be modified at any time by the user. The User undertakes to notify URDET S.L immediately of any unauthorized use of their password, as well as access by unauthorized third parties to it.

COOKIES
URDET, S.L. uses cookies in order to improve its services, facilitate navigation, maintain security, verify the identity of the User, facilitate access to personal preferences and follow their use of the Store. Cookies are files installed on the computer’s hard drive or in the browser’s memory in the folder preconfigured by the operating system of the User’s computer to identify it.

If the User does not want a cookie to be installed on their hard drive, they must configure their Internet browsing program to not receive them. Similarly, the User may freely destroy cookies. In the event that the User decides to deactivate cookies, the quality and speed of the service may decrease and, even, they will lose access to some of the services offered in the Store.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any controversy arising from the interpretation or execution that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, compliance or resolution of this contract will be submitted to the Jurisdiction and Competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Solsona, Lleida, waiving the jurisdiction that may correspond to the User, provided that the applicable legislation so allows.
