Canned chunks of chanterelles (Lactarius deliciosus) 3kg.<\/em><\/p>\n

It is the mushroom par excellence in Catalonia, with a singular aroma that is mild and sweet but scarce and with dense, compact flesh. It is incorporated into all kinds of dishes and has a vast recipe book, making it highly appreciated in gastronomy.<\/p>\n

The hat is rounded and tonal in shape. In its youth the cap is rolled at the edges and as it ages it flattens out to evolve into a funnel shape. Its foot is hollowed and short, more or less cylindrical or narrowed a little at the base. It is the colour of the hat but paler.<\/p>\n

It grows in pine forests and mixed forests, it emerges in autumn.<\/p>\n

Some recommendations:<\/strong> grilled chanterelles, saut\u00e9ed chanterelles with olive oil, garlic and parsley. It is recommended to be added to all kinds of stews, warm salads, pasta sauces and casseroles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
