Here is an original and delicious recipe: <strong>Meatballs <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urdet.com\/catalogo\/salsas\/\">Tartufata<\/a> Style<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serving: 4 persons<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking time: 60 mins<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g minced beef<\/li>\n<li>250g minced pork<\/li>\n<li>1 jar Tartufata Sauce 125g<\/li>\n<li>3 slices of sliced bread without crust<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of milk<\/li>\n<li>1 onion, 1 clove garlic and parsley, all minced<\/li>\n<li>250g crushed tomato<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil, flour, salt, pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Soak the sliced bread in the milk and mash it.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the two meats with the breadcrumbs, the Tartufata sauce and season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Form meatballs, coat in flour and fry in olive oil. When ready, set aside on absorbent paper.<\/p>\n<p>In the same paella pan, remove the excess oil and fry the onion. When browned, add the tomato, garlic and parsley and fry for about 15mins.<\/p>\n<p>Add the meatballs, cover with water and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes. 30mins.<\/p>\n<p><em>Serve with pasta, chips, white rice or as a side dish.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Meatballs are popular in different cuisines and have multiple recipes.
