Enjoy your meal!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Portion: 3-4 persons<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Approximate total time: 35mins<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 jar <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urdet.com\/catalogo\/salsas\/\">Parmesan cream with truffle 125g<\/a><\/li>\n<li>30g <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urdet.com\/catalogo\/setas-deshidratadas\/\">dehydrated wild mushrooms<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 cups of milk<\/li>\n<li>Pasta (70g to 100g per person).<\/li>\n<li>Extra virgin olive oil and salt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wash the MUSHROOMS. Heat the MILK to boiling point and hydrate the MUSHROOMS in the MILK for about 25mins.<\/p>\n<p>Cook PASTA according to your instructions.<\/p>\n<p>When the MUSHROOMS are hydrated, saut\u00e9 them for a few minutes in olive oil. Then add the contents of the tin of CREMA PARMESANO CON TRUFA and gradually add the milk you used to hydrate the mushrooms.
